Cocktail of the Month

Cooler days are upon us and that means it’s a great time to relax in the cool fall evening with a refreshing cocktail. This months choice is the Bees & Barrels cocktail. It’s a fantastic end to a great day and easy to make.

Ingredients:

2oz Castaway Series Barrel Rested Gin

3/4oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed

1/2oz Honey Syrup*

*Add 1/2 cup honey (adjust to taste), 1/2 cup water to small saucepan on medium heat and stir honey to dissolve.

Method:

Add all ingredients into an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with Lemon and Honey
