Cocktail of the Month…..The Violet Sunset

With the Christmas Season upon us, be sure you make you holiday events even more special with a delicious Violet Sunset cocktail. It’s perfectly paired with holiday hors d’oeuvres or even that relaxing drink before dinner. Tis the season to enjoy!

Ingredients:

1.5 OZ PORT OF ENTRY GIN

.5 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR

.5 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE

1.5  OZ POMEGRANATE JUICE

Method: 

Add Gin, Elderflower Liqueur,  lime, and pomegranate juice to a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. .

Garnish with lime, pomegranate seeds, or an edible flower.
