Taste of Grilling……Marinated Grilled Steak Kebobs
It’s that time of year to head out to the grill for early summer cook-outs. Start with this delicious, but simple Steak Kebab recipe. Marinated and glazed with a mixture of bourbon, cola, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire, and brown sugar, they grill up fast and come off the grill perfectly and charred just enough to bring out that great grilling flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cola soft drink (such as Coca-Cola)
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
- 2 lb. boneless rib-eye steaks, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
