Cocktail of the Month
Spring is just around the corner, but the cool nights are still here. Nothing is more perfect than a delicious Espresso Martini. It’s easy to make will be the hit of your next cocktail party or just a relaxing end of busy day.
Espresso Martini
2 oz Port of Entry Vodka
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish: coffee beans
Add vodka, liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 30
seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add 3 coffee beans to garnish.
