The striper fishery on the water’s of the Albemarle Sound is hot in the winter time as the massive schools stage up before they move into the Chowan and Roanoke Rivers to spawn. The ALL OUT Crew is back with Captain Scooter Lilley targeting these aggressive “Rocks” as the temps hover in the 30’s!
