Cocktail of the Month….Violet Sunset

OK guys and girls, the cold days of winter are behind us and that mean it’s time to hit the patio with a platter of delicious snacks and most of all a relaxing cocktail. This month’s featured cocktail is Violet Sunset. It combines a combination of juices mixes with Port of Entry Gin and Elderflower Liqueur for that End of Days experience.

Ingredients:

1.5 OZ PORT OF ENTRY GIN

.5 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR

.5 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE

1.5  OZ POMEGRANATE JUICE

Method:

Add Gin, Elderflower Liqueur,  lime, and pomegranate juice to a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. .

Garnish with lime, pomegranate seeds, or an edible flower.
