The Coastal Cocktail Of The Month

No matter if you’re on a warm, sandy beach or taking an evening cruise on your boat. It’s the perfect time for a Caribbean style cocktail. The Castaway Bird is the perfect choice with it’s mixture of fruits and Castaway Barrel Rested Rum. Mix one and sit back and enjoy the cool breeze and sunset.

CASTAWAY BIRD

2 oz Castaway Barrel Rested Rum

1.75 Pineapple Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Campari

.75 oz Lime

Pineapple wedge and leaf and cherry

Method:.  Add all ingredients to a Mixing Glass and then add Ice. Add Ice to Pineapple Glass Shake and strain the cocktail into glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf, wedge and cherry.
