Cocktail of the Month….Violet Sunset

With the Christmas Holidays just around the corner, cocktails will be large part of the coming season. For a delicious alternative to the old drinks of Christmas past, try the End of Days Distillery creation called Violet Sunset. It’s easy to make and a refreshing Holiday party addition.

Ingredients:

1.5 OZ PORT OF ENTRY GIN

.5 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR

.5 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE

1.5  OZ POMEGRANATE JUICE

Method:

Add Gin, Elderflower Liqueur,  lime, and pomegranate juice to a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. .

Garnish with lime, pomegranate seeds, or an edible flower.
